Flight recorder for AI agents

Know exactly what your AI agents did — and prove it.

Hermes records every tool call, token, and dollar your fleet burns to an immutable, end-to-end encrypted Black Box. When one goes wrong at 3am, you replay the flight second by second and see the exact call that broke it.

The Hermes Tower: an event strip with per-session tracks, a zoomable time ruler, and an event ledger table

The Tower, replaying a real flight — root session, two subagents, every event placed by time, zoomable to the second. Click any mark: the full recorded event is behind it.

Aviation doesn't trust memory. It trusts the recorder.

Neither should you trust an agent's word for what it did at 3am

The Black Box

Records everything. Every session, tool call, model turn, delegation, and cron beat — sequenced, timestamped, append-only. A gap in the record is itself a finding.

Sealed

Reads nothing. Prompts, messages, and tool output are ciphertext before they leave your machine. You hold the only key. Privacy by architecture, not by policy.

The Tower

Every number is a door. Cost spike, p95 latency, a missed cron — click any figure and land on the exact flights that produced it.

Every callsign in your fleet, live. Green until it isn't — and when it isn't, the Black Box is one click away.

How it works

  1. Record. The recorder captures each flight locally and seals its content on the spot.
  2. Transmit.Sealed envelopes stream over the Signal to your Black Box — an isolated, per-callsign, append-only store.
  3. Replay. The Tower turns the record into fleet health, cost, and a second-by-second replay of any flight.
